As part of the department's algebra RTG, Simon Marshall will be running a series of brown bag lunches for grad students in algebra this semester. This will be a chance for students to discuss topics such as upcoming courses, the job applications process, or mathematics in general. Megan Maguire took over in Fall 2016, and they've moved to every other Tuesday.
