Title: Polar Coordinates: some simple observations
Abstract: While studying certain systems of Diophantine equations, certain questions arise which can be easily answered for their euclidean counterpart by an effective use of polar coordinates. This begs the question of what is the appropriate notion of polar coordinates in various discrete settings.
